I find joy in helping students meet their educational needs and helping them succeed wherever their learning takes them. As Albert Einstein indicated, "Education is not the learning of facts but the training of the mind to think." To think about your thinking is the key to education and represents my goal as a tutor. You see, critical-thinking is the pathway to engaged learning.

I received my PhD and Masters in Accounting from Binghamton University. I am have been teaching accounting at the college level for over 20 years. I am a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). I love the moment when the "light bulb" lights up in a student's head and they understand a concept they had trouble with. In addition to accounting, I can tutor in statistics, geometry, and most areas of business.

I've been an entrepreneur, business consultant, and faculty member for over 16 years. My credentials include being a CPA with a Juris Doctor, Master of Accountancy, and Bachelor of Science in Business.
