I am a civil engineer graduate from NYU with a strong foundation in math, science, and problem solving. I want to help students succeed on coursework and standardized exams like the SAT, EOC, and GED - especially in the math section. Many students find math intimidating, but my goal is to make it clear, approachable, and even enjoyable!
I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, which means I can teach in both languages depending on the students comfort level. This also means that I can tutor Spanish as a subject as well!
I know that every student learns differently, so I focus on breaking down complex topics into simple, clear steps while keeping lessons engaging and supportive. My tutoring style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each student. I truly believe that with the right approach, anyone can succeed.
