With a fresh English degree and recent experience in academia, I know how to guide students toward the kind of writing that earns results in classrooms and on college applications. I specialize in strengthening essays and assignments at every stagefrom brainstorming to refining structure, grammar, and stylewhile helping students develop a confident voice. Because I am not far removed from the academic field, I understand what teachers expect and how to make writing stand out. I also bring a strong background in grammar and reading, which allows me to support younger students in English classes as well as prepare learners of all grade levels for the reading and writing portions of standardized tests. My goal is to provide sessions that are both supportive and practical, so students leave with skills they can rely on long after tutoring ends.
