I have always believed that learning is about more than textbooks and grades. It is about curiosity, encouragement, and the joy of discovery. I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Master's degree in Management Sciences, finishing with an 85% average, and now work as a Project Manager at a statistical analytics company. But no matter where my career takes me, I keep coming back to teaching and supporting students because it feels deeply meaningful to me.

Over the years, I have tutored elementary and middle school students in math, science, and English, and also worked as an Exam Accommodation Facilitator at the University's Accessibility Service Center. In that role, I supported students who struggled with focus, learning, or self-regulation. It taught me that every student learns differently and that what they need most is patience, encouragement, and someone who believes in them.

Biology is my favorite subject to tutor because it feels like unlocking the secrets of how life works. I love breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable ideas and watching a student's eyes light up when it suddenly clicks. Those little victories, the spark of understanding, the smile of confidence, are why I love tutoring.

Outside academics, I am a singer and musician, I love swimming, cooking, and exploring new books. These passions often help me connect with students on a more personal level and remind them that learning is not just about school. It is about growing, exploring, and finding joy in the process.
