As a dedicated tutor with a Bachelor's in Computer Application Development, I have over two years of experience teaching coding and computer programming, particularly in JavaScript and PHP, to both domestic and international post-graduate students. My teaching philosophy centers on building a strong conceptual foundation, ensuring that students grasp the underlying principles of programming rather than just memorizing code. I believe that connecting programming concepts to real-life scenarios enhances understanding and retention. Witnessing my students succeedmany of whom have secured jobs shortly after completing their studiesfuels my passion for teaching. In addition to my tutoring role at Conestoga College, I actively work as a web developer, keeping my knowledge current with industry trends.
