I'm passionate about helping students because I know firsthand the impact that guidance, encouragement, mentorship and resources can have on a person's future. Every student has unique strengths, but not every student has equal access to the tools or support they need to realize their potential. Being able to bridge that gap whether it's by explaining a challenging concept, offering a listening ear, or helping them discover their own capabilities gives me purpose. Seeing a student's confidence grow, watching their eyes light up when something "clicks," and knowing that I played even a small role in their success is rewarding.
