As a dedicated tutor with a passion for the life sciences, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences at Ohio State University, where I also serve as a teaching assistant for introductory biology. My experience includes conducting lab sessions and grading assignments, which has honed my ability to connect with students and tailor my teaching strategies to meet their diverse needs. I specialize in AP Biology, AP Psychology, and College Biology, and I believe in a student-centered approach that emphasizes understanding and filling knowledge gaps before progressing to more complex concepts. My commitment to education extends beyond the classroom, as I actively participate in mentorship programs that inspire younger students to explore STEM careers. I find immense joy in helping students not only grasp challenging material but also develop a genuine interest in the sciences.
