As an educator with over 18 years of experience in public schools, primarily working with students in Pre-K through 4th grade, I am deeply passionate about fostering success both inside and outside the classroom. I hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Texas State University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in pedagogical practices. My tutoring experience spans over 5 years, specializing in subjects such as AP US History, Creative Writing, and Elementary Reading. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment by connecting lessons to students' interests, whether it's using Minecraft for math or exploring writing through their favorite characters.
