As a passionate educator with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University, I have dedicated over two years to tutoring at Bellingham Technical College, where I specialize in science and math, particularly in General Biology, General Chemistry, Algebra, and Geometry. My approach to tutoring is highly individualized; I prioritize listening to my students' needs and providing tailored support that fosters understanding and confidence. Whether I am guiding college students through complex biology concepts or assisting high school learners in preparing for their GEDs, I find immense fulfillment in witnessing their growth and determination. I believe in the transformative power of education, and I am committed to helping students not only grasp their subjects but also cultivate a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading (especially history, fantasy, and science fiction), hiking, walking with my dogs, swimming, and caring for my garden and indoor plants.
