As a dedicated tutor with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Texas State University, I am passionate about guiding college students through the complexities of General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. With over two years of in-person tutoring experience in a university study hub, I have honed a student-centered approach that accommodates diverse learning styles. I utilize probing questions to pinpoint specific challenges, allowing me to customize my instructional methods effectively. My aim is to cultivate both understanding and confidence in my students by employing visual demonstrations and systematic problem-solving techniques. My enthusiasm for teaching is further fueled by my engagement with scientific literature and community science outreach, which keeps me inspired and informed. I believe that fostering a supportive learning environment is essential for student success, and I am committed to helping each individual reach their academic goals.

Some of my hobbies consist of scuba diving, video games, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, watching either NFL or NBA games, exploring nature, and playing pool.

In addition, I also have a passion for the medical field and my ultimate goal is to become an anesthesiologist assistant.
