I am deeply committed to empowering students through education, drawing on my own experiences as a Division I athlete and a tutor for my peers in anatomy and physiology. Earning my bachelor's degree in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University ignited my passion for the sciences, particularly human anatomy. With over two years of tutoring experience, I specialize in anatomy and physiology, AP Biology, and college-level biology, tailoring my teaching methods to each student's unique learning style. My approach focuses on practical applications, fostering an engaging environment where students feel confident to explore complex concepts. I thrive on witnessing those "aha" moments when students grasp challenging material, and I believe that with the right support and strategies, every learner can achieve success. As I pursue a nursing career with aspirations of becoming a Certified Nurse Anesthetist in the U.S. military, I remain dedicated to nurturing the next generation of health professionals.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through regular workouts, keeping up with scientific research and current events, spending quality time with my family, and exploring new places through travel.
