As a passionate educator with a Bachelor's in History from the University of Indianapolis, I have over 5 years of tutoring and classroom experience, specializing in subjects such as Algebra, AP US History, and Elementary Math and Reading. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive learning environment where each student feels valued and empowered to take risks in their learning. I strive to connect with students through engaging, tailored lessons that build their confidence and foster a genuine love for learning. I am dedicated to helping students achieve academic success, whether they are preparing for advanced placement exams or mastering foundational skills. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading historical fiction and exploring new cultures through travel, which enriches my teaching and inspires my students.
