"Hi, I'm Hayden a U.S. Army veteran, certified fitness professional, and health sciences graduate with advanced coursework in biology, microbiology, and human anatomy. I bring a strong academic foundation and years of real-world experience training, mentoring, and teaching under pressure. While serving in the Army, I was responsible for preparing leaders to pass the Master Fitness Trainer course including teaching them anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics in a way they could understand and apply.

My ability to break down complex science concepts into simple, relatable lessons is what sets me apart as a tutor. I've taught everyone from soldiers and civilians to beginners and advanced learners always adapting my approach to match the student's needs and goals.
