I am a dedicated educator with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont, with concentrations in English and Psychological Science. As a polyglot and proponent of intercultural exchange, I became a certified TEFL teacher to support people learning English as a foreign language.

I have over 5 years of experience tutoring and teaching in a classroom setting both inside the USA and abroad. My expertise spans various subjects, including English as a foreign language, high school and college English and Writing, and exam preparation. Using language as a tool for self-expression and critical thinking are essential skills for personal and career development! I also enjoy teaching Environmental Studies topics; environmental health, governance, sustainability, ethics, history, you name it.

I am passionate about fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and develop their skills. My teaching philosophy centers on creating engaging, student-centered lessons that cater to individual needs and interests. I believe that every student can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. In my free time, I enjoy learning about the natural world and reading about a variety of topics, which often inspires my teaching and helps me connect with students on a personal level.
