As a passionate educator with a master's degree in special education from George Washington University, I have over 15 years of tutoring experience alongside more than 30 years in classroom settings. Over the years, I have worked with students from a variety of academic backgrounds, including those with IEPs and learning differences, helping them, build confidence and reach their goals. My approach is rooted in patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt my teaching style to fit each student's unique learning needs.

I specialize in middle school and high school math, reading, writing, and executive functioning skills. Whether I am supporting a student in mastering slope and linear equations or guiding them through the revision process for an essay, I strive to make learning accessible and enjoyable. My goal is to not only hlep students grasp content but also to develop habits of self-advocacy and critical thinking that will serve them beyond the classroom.
