As a recent graduate from the University of Illinois Chicago with a Bachelor's in Political Science, I have developed a strong passion for tutoring, particularly in AP US History and English. Although I have experience working with students in various capacities, I have recently begun my tutoring journey. My approach centers on connecting historical concepts to modern examples, making complex topics more relatable and engaging for my students. I believe that tailoring my teaching style to accommodate different learning preferences is crucial for fostering understanding. It brings me joy to see students grasp challenging material and develop a genuine interest in history. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring historical documentaries and literature, which further fuels my enthusiasm for teaching.
