I am an inquisitive researcher with a Doctorate in Nanoscience from UNC Greensboro, with a background in molecular biology and biotechnology. I have over 5 years of experience teaching General Biology, Microbiology, and Cell Biology. My approach centers on fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore complex concepts via personally relevant connections. I strive to connect with each student by tailoring my teaching methods to their unique learning styles, ensuring they grasp the material and build confidence in their abilities. I am motivated by a love for science and the opportunity to inspire curiosity, helping students academically succeed and develop critical thinking skills.
