I have a Master's Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Additionally, I completed the Professional Writing program at The University of Pennsylvania with a 4.0.

I am proficient in crafting empathetic, engaging, and actionable writing across multiple genres, including clinical writing, academic research, creative non-fiction, data briefs, and essay writing, and assisting others in doing the same.

For years, I worked in the mental health field, dedicated to supporting others through complex challenges. As a writing tutor, I am driven by that same dedication to assist students in increasing confidence in their writing skills.

With a focus on high school and college essay tutoring, my approach is collaborative and I will work with students to identify writing goals that are most important to them. As much as possible, the goals should be measurable and positively framed rather than self-critical.

I will give consistent, individualized feedback to guide the student's practice and understanding of effective essay writing.

By the end of our time together, students will feel more confident tackling writing situations with enhanced skills.
