As a graduate in Accounting from Langara College, I am passionate about empowering adult learners in literacy. Although I have less than a year of tutoring experience, I approach each session with a student-centered mindset, focusing on building confidence and fostering a supportive environment. My teaching philosophy revolves around understanding individual learning styles and adapting my methods to meet each student's unique needs. I believe that literacy is a fundamental skill that opens doors to new opportunities, and I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their personal and academic goals. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and exploring new cultures, which further enriches my perspective as an educator.
