I am passionate about education and fostering a love for history, reading, and writing. I approach my lessons holistically, taking into account the specific ways a student may want or need to learn. My experience in teaching small groups has enabled me to create curated lesson plans for my students that will help them achieve their educational goals.
I am currently in the process of finishing a Bachelor of Arts in a double major program of History and Irish Studies. I intend to continue my studies and pursue a Bachelor of Education so I can become a high school teacher.

My original background is in skilled trades. I worked for 8 years as a welder while pursuing my academic interests. I still enjoy crafting metal art on occasion, and I enjoy studying and connecting with women in trades. I also enjoy reading, biking, and going on long hikes in the mountains of Quebec. As well, I am a writer for an online publication called For Love of Writers, where I express my love for travel and history in easy-to-read and fun articles.
