Originally from the Washington, DC area, I am currently pursuing my degree (BSc) in mathematics at the University of Edinburgh, School of Mathematics. I have been tutoring middle and high school students for over four years in algebra and calculus. I've also provided tutoring for AP environmental science and US history. I like to make learning fun, interesting, and, most importantly, customized to the student's learning style. Understanding the foundational principles of mathematics topics is essential to working through mathematics problems. I won't simply help solve a problem or get homework done. I will help guide you so you understand the basic principles and build on your knowledge to make it easier in the future. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, and am involved in multiple music groups, having played clarinet for the past 10 years.
