Hello. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Chinese Linguistics at The Ohio State University, focusing on second language acquisition. I also hold a Master's degree in Linguistics from West Virginia University. Over the past nine years, I have taught Chinese language and culture at universities such as The Ohio State University, West Virginia University, the University of Virginia, and the University of Maine at Farmington.

I have experience teaching Mandarin at all levels, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, conversation, Business Chinese, and test prep, such as HSK and OPI. I also offer customized lessons based on individual goals and interests.

My teaching approach is communicative and student-centered, focusing on real-world language use, interactive learning, and personalized instruction. Each lesson is tailored to meet the student's needs, promoting language skills and cultural understanding.
