Helping students improve their math skills is very rewarding for me. I'm passionate about guiding learners of all ages as they overcome challenges and discover the satisfaction of understanding a subject that may have once felt intimidating.

With over 25 years of experience in customer service, I've developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that directly support effective tutoring. I've worked with a variety of learners and always aim to make math clear, approachable, and engaging.

I hold a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and tutor math from kindergarten through grade 12. I especially enjoy helping students with foundational topics like arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.

My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, clarity, and encouragement. I adapt my style to each student's needs, using relatable examples and positive reinforcement to create a supportive, judgment-free learning environment where students feel empowered to grow.
