I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have always enjoyed supporting others in their learning journey. While in school, I often helped my peers study and found that I loved combining textbook knowledge with real-world applications to make concepts easier to understand. As a nurse preceptor, I regularly mentor new nurses and take pride in breaking down complex information in a clear, approachable way. I tutor nursing fundamentals, specialty areas such as maternity, pediatrics, and medical-surgical nursing, as well as pharmacology, anatomy and physiology, and NCLEX preparation. My tutoring style is supportive, adaptable, and focused on building both knowledge and confidence. I believe in creating a safe space for students to ask questions, make mistakes, and truly grasp the material.
