As a tutor, I'll bring expertise I've gained from both a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and a Master's of Science in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, having over 4 years of experience in tutoring, and 2 years of experience in traditional classroom teaching. I firmly believe that anybody can excel in mathematics and computer science, regardless of their background. A strong knowledge of computer and mathematics fundamentals is not just a requirement for getting a diploma -- it is a powerful tool for interacting with the world around us, allowing for making informed decisions in every facet of our daily lives. I understand that learning is not something that happens immediately, and that patience allows for a meaningful dialogue that can bring on new discoveries. I also am passionate about not just showing the "how" but the "why" behind many important concepts, including real-world applications and justifications behind these concepts (even the greatest mathematicians have to show their work).
