With over 20 years of experience, I support high school, college, and adult learners in math, science and business; math and physics are my personal favorites. I hold a Master of Engineering from Queen's University, an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and I'm currently completing a postgraduate certificate in Education. I also teach business courses at the college level and assist professionals with certification prep in Human Resources and Continuous Improvement.
My tutoring style is interactive and encouraging, built around active learning strategies like "I Do, We Do, You Do" that help students stay engaged and build lasting confidence. I enjoy helping learners make meaningful connections between challenging concepts and real-world applications.
Outside the classroom, I've been a dedicated runner for many years and competed at the varsity level in university. I bring that same discipline and drive to every session supporting students as they stay focused, push their limits, and reach their goals.

I've been a dedicated runner for many years, including competing on the varsity track team at Queen’s University—an experience filled with strong team traditions and a lot of fun. These days, I run with a fantastic local club that brings a great sense of community. To stay balanced and fit, I also incorporate weightlifting and yoga into my routine. For me, fitness is more than just physical—it's a social and mental practice as well.
