I am a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Development with a Reading specialization. I have TESOL,TEFL, and ESL Certifications.
I have extensive experience tutoring students in First-Sixth grade in all elementary level subjects. Helping students overcome reading challenges and grow into strong, motivated readers is my passion. I create a positive and supportive virtual classroom where every child feels welcome and encouraged. I use interactive games, puzzles, videos and other hands-on-tools to make learning exciting and to match each child's unique learning style. My goal is to build your child's confidence, and keep them engaged, and help them grow not just academically, but as curious, capable learners.
Outside of tutoring , I enjoy spending time outdoors with my border collie Churro and traveling with my family. I'm an avid reader and also love watching college baseball and football. Most importantly I value quality time with my family.
