With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Postgraduate credential in Web Development from Conestoga College, I bring a strong technical foundation and practical experience in marketing automation, Salesforce administration, and cloud technologies. Throughout my professional career, I've specialized in streamlining digital marketing workflows and managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been mentoring and training junior colleagues in Salesforce Administration. I not only introduced them to core concepts and hands-on tools, but also guided many of them through test environments until they were confident and qualified to work in our company's production systems.

Teaching Salesforce Admin in a corporate setting helped me refine a tutoring approach that is structured, results-driven, and highly adaptive to each learner's background. I enjoy breaking down complex topics - like automation flows, data modeling, or user permissions - into clear, digestible lessons that build both confidence and competence.
