I've always been drawn to helping others understand complex ideas - whether in the classroom or in everyday life. Since 8th grade, I found myself naturally stepping into the role of a tutor, helping classmates grasp material in ways that made sense to them. That passion followed me through high school and into college, where I continued offering tutoring sessions, especially in subjects like math that rely heavily on conceptual understanding.

I hold a degree in Cybersecurity from Kennesaw State University, where I was honored to be named the Cybersecurity Student of the Year, a professor-nominated award that reflected not just my academic performance, but my willingness to reach out to my professors to ask questions and clarify material. While cybersecurity is my area of expertise, I also have a strong foundation in mathematics and a general love for any subject that encourages critical thinking and conceptual mastery.

At the heart of my teaching philosophy is a simple belief: Everyone learns differently. My first priority is always to understand how someone processes information so I can tailor my explanations to meet them where they are. I aim to make every session interactive, collaborative, and focused on empowering the learner.

Outside of academics, I enjoy spending time with my dog, working on training and enrichment activities. I'm also deeply invested in my community. I interact with my community by donating to the local food pantry, helping others craft resumes and cover letters, and researching solutions to personal or professional challenges that people bring my way. Whether it's sharing knowledge or giving time, I'm driven by the same goal: to use what I have to make a meaningful difference.
