I am a current student at Florida State University working towards a degree in Meteorology. During my time at Florida State, I have been taking rigorous classes in calculus and physics; my degree includes a minor in mathematics. To accommodate for this difficult coursework, my skills with algebra and geometry have improved immensely. I enjoy teaching algebra topics, geometry, and any preparation for related exams or tests. Math, especially related to standardized testing, can be very frustrating for students. I like to see these subjects from my students' point of view and be able to completely explain or dismantle problems according to their best learning type. Instead of a rigid lesson, I prefer to engage with students and adapt to what will suit them best. Because of this, I prefer to have time to prepare or review material that best suits a student.
