I am a Counselling Psychology graduate student at Trinity Western University. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Honours Clinical Psychology and English Writing as a double major at Redeemer University. I am passionate about fostering the creativity and curiosity of all kinds of students, a passion expressed in my background as Chief Editor of a student-run creative arts' magazine, as a note-taker to improve accessibility for students with learning challenges, and as a Teacher's Assistant who prioritizes investment in the strengths and needs of students. I love teaching, because it is one of the most enriching and rewarding ways to learn myself. My favourite subjects to tutor are English Writing and Psychology, but I can tutor all sorts of courses in the humanities including basic Statistics and Research Methods in the humanities. As a Counselling Practicum Student I gained an immense appreciation for the diverse perspectives that people hold, and fostered my passion for addressing the strengths and needs of people in areas where they desire healing or growth something I strive to do with all my students.
