I am a psychology student at the University of Dallas. I tutored at Trinity School at River Ridge during my high school years and today I am continuing to tutor in college because I love combining my creative and critical thinking skills with my personal skills to tailor plans that help individuals to achieve their goals! I enjoy all forms of literature and writing, and when I am not studying psychology, you will find me writing poetry and reading great books, whether it is for a class or just for fun! I understand that writing and reading comprehension can be confusing and even daunting activities at times, and I am passionate about helping students to develop stronger academic skills, motivation, and interest. My background in psychology equips me to understand how my students learn best and what learning pace is most appropriate for them. I like to approach the same material from many different angles to help increase comprehension and make things more fun!
