My heart is truly invested in supporting students. I have a strong literacy and multilingual learner background with a Master's Degree in Reading, Degree in Educational Leadership, and an EL Endorsement. I have served in education for thirty years, where I have been a classroom teacher in elementary and middle schools, as well as an EL Educator, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal. These experiences have provided me with a firm understanding of teaching and learning. Working in a multicultural setting throughout my educational career has deepened my respect for diversity and raised my awareness of the support systems required to meet all students' needs. It is my dream to have all students achieve to their highest potential with engaging educational opportunities.
