Certified Tutor

I had an extensive business development career working for worldwide leader companies, complemented with consulting, academic, and coaching activities.

I have worked in education for the last ten years, as an Undergraduate and Graduate Business School guest professor, a teacher assistant at Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke, and most recently as a Science teacher at Wiley Middle School and a first-grade teacher at Frank Porter Graham Elementary School in Chapel Hill. I have also worked as a mentor & coach for Duke University, Carrboro Chapel Hill City Schools, Universidad Adolfo Ibaez, and others.

I was born in Chile and came to the US three years ago to study at Duke University. I received my Master's Degree in Environmental Management from Duke University, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, and Senior Coach Certification from Newfield Consulting. I have also studied neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania, digital marketing at Columbia University among other efforts to further my education.

While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Business, Marketing, and Science. In my experience as a teacher, mentor, and coach, I highlight my ability to support with a flexible, simple, and fun approach to learning. I love education and look to support the students' development, embracing an inspiring and empathetic learning space.
