Certified Tutor

I'm a Mechanical Engineering student at UTSA with a love for problem-solving and teaching. For the past five years, I've been a teacher assistant at my church, and it's been amazing to help kids learn and grow. There's nothing better than seeing a child's eyes light up when they finally get something. I believe in adapting my teaching style to fit each student because everyone learns differently. I like to keep things conversational and interactive, and I know a student truly understands when they can teach it back to me. While I can tutor many subjects, I love being able to teach algebra because it can be applied in every single career and you can see algebra being used and played out in the real world.
For me, education is a privilege that everyone deserves, providing opportunities to grow, explore, and truly understand the world around them.
