I received my BA degree in History back in 1995 and since that time, I have read and studied history as both a hobby and a passion. Although I have studied nearly all areas of history, my strengths are greater as the areas become more local to me, which would be Southwestern Pennsylvania (French and Indian War, Whiskey Rebellion, coal/iron/steel and industrial as well as labor history).
In addition to being a history nerd, I have also worked as a Paralegal since 1998 and I have a strong understanding as to how government and related institutions work. I also have a strong understanding as to the various workings of law and of the courts. In other words, I have a great deal of knowledge as to how general civics work.
