My Name is Tyler Felder with a Degree in Criminal Justice minor in Sociology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I started my Civil Service Career working student from K-12 at New York City Board of Education creating incentive for attendance improvement drop out prevention. I worked for Urban Park Rangers as New York City Park Enforcement Officer, with Peace Officer status without firearm training, and was promoted to a Corporal where I ran a unit of 10-20 officer in NYC Central Park. I left City Service to accept a position with United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prison, MCC, NY as a Correctional Officer, with Peace Officer Status, with Firearm Training. I tutored students and adults at the Valley Inc. NY with different exam strategies and techniques to encourage passing with confidence instead of failing because of insecurities. I trained new Welfare Fraud Investigators introducing Investigations Procedures and processing with NYC HRA.

It is my goal to help student and professional achieve their target goal in any task that they find most challenging.
