I've worked as a Network Security Engineer and managed network security support teams, gaining extensive real-world experience in troubleshooting complex issues and breaking down technical concepts. Along the way, I've earned certifications like Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCNA Voice, and Fortinet Certified Professional, and I'm also a Cisco Academy Instructor Certified (CCAI), showcasing my dedication to both technical expertise and teaching.
