As a dedicated math and robotics teacher with four years of experience, I am deeply committed to fostering a growth mindset in every student I teach. I firmly believe that all students have the capacity to learn, regardless of their starting point. My teaching philosophy centers around the idea that learning is a journey, and it is my job to guide students through that process while empowering them to become independent, confident learners.

Through my experience in the classroom and tutoring settings, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of individualized attention and support. I approach each student as an individual, tailoring my teaching strategies to meet their unique needs and learning styles. Whether in math, where logical thinking and problem-solving are key, or in robotics, where creativity and critical thinking come together, I strive to help students not only grasp the content but also develop the skills to learn on their own.

I work hard to instill a sense of self-reliance in my students. My goal is not only for them to succeed in the subjects I teach but also to equip them with the tools and confidence they need to tackle challenges independently. By promoting a supportive yet challenging environment, I encourage my students to take ownership of their learning, build resilience, and approach problem-solving with curiosity and determination.

In addition to my technical expertise in math and robotics, I am passionate about creating a classroom culture where mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth and learning is seen as an ongoing process. It is incredibly rewarding to witness my students' progressnot just in mastering content, but in their development as independent thinkers and lifelong learners.
