Certified Tutor

I graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Juvenile Justice. Over the years, I've discovered a profound passion for tutoring elementary students in math, reading & science. My passion stemmed at an early age grading papers & tutoring students for my nana who was an elementary school teacher for more than 35 years. My senior year in a high school I worked with the Boys & Girls Club tutoring kids in Kinder through 4th grade in Math, Reading & Science. Once in college I obtained a work study position with the America Reads program tutoring youth in the community schools who needed further assistance. Now I am tutoring kids all over the world!

I believe learning should be an adventure, and I thrive on creating engaging and effective learning experiences that cater to each child's unique needs. My approach extends beyond simply providing answers; I aim to build a solid foundation of understanding, enrich their learning opportunities, foster a love of learning through fun and interactive methods, and empower them with the confidence to tackle any challenge.

My goal is to ignite a passion for math, reading & science that will propel them towards academic success and a lifelong love of learning.
