I have 24 years of experience teaching, coaching, and tutoring at the high school & college level. My areas of expertise are English Composition/ Literature, Technical/ Professional Writing, ELL, and AP English. I have a Master's in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University and an MFA in Creative Writing from National University. I am passionate about helping students because I believe with the right level of support, all students can learn and succeed. My teaching/tutoring style is student-centered. My goal is to provide the tools necessary for students to become empowered and more engaged in the subject matter.
