Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey. Although I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a focus on advertising, public relations writing, and broadcast media, I've truly found my passion as an educator. I've been substitute teaching and assisting in Pre-K and Kindergarten through 6th Grade classrooms, throughout Atlantic County, New Jersey, for just over four years. Through my own test preparations for achieving certifications, and by learning from amazing educators working around me, as well as from my students, I've learned how to be an effective tutor with an emphasis on trying to reduce stress levels, and encouraging curiosity, as well as new ways to approach a problem or new skill. In my spare time, I enjoy reading things like classic books or urban legends, or fascinating magazine topics like science discoveries, and weird history. I also do a lot of creative things like drawing, coloring for relaxation, story-writing, and various fun things I learned about music.
