I'm passionate about helping students because I believe that education is a powerful tool for transformation. Helping someone achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and unlock their potential is incredibly rewarding. I've witnessed firsthand how learning can open doors and change lives, which is why I'm committed to giving my best in every session.

I have several years of experience working with students, both in-person and online. I've guided individuals of different ages and academic levels, adapting to their unique learning styles and needs. During this time, I've developed a special ability to create a trusting environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, knowing that mistakes are a natural part of the learning process.

I received my education in Puerto Rico where I earned a master degree in Curriculum and Instruction. What makes it more interesting is that I am a self taught web developer. Currently, I'm continuing to refine my skills and knowledge in web development. These experiences have given me a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and programming in general that I apply in my role as an instructor.

I specialize in tutoring subjects related to web development because I believe the web is the present and future of business and more and provide great opportunities for those who pursue a career in this field. The challenge of teaching this subject and watching students connect ideas and apply them in different contexts is what I enjoy the most.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the ability to learn and grow. My tutoring style is flexible and personalized: I like to understand how each student learns and adapt strategies to make the content as comprehensible as possible. At the same time, I encourage critical thinking and curiosity, motivating students to explore beyond the basics and make connections to the real world.

Outside of Varsity Tutors, I'm passionate about my family, riding bikes, do some workout and boxing, which helps me maintain a healthy balance and gain new perspectives that often inspire my teaching.
