Caroline

Certified Tutor

Hello! I'm Caroline, a passionate and dedicated graduate student currently pursuing my doctorate in Occupational Therapy. With a solid foundation built on a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and an Associate's degree in Biology.

A unique aspect of my background is my enthusiasm for teaching and my appreciation for Algebra II. While seemingly distinct from my academic background, these interests intersect in meaningful ways. Algebra II, with its focus on problem-solving and analytical thinking, mirrors the cognitive processes involved in occupational therapy. Both fields require a methodical approach to breaking down complex problems and developing tailored strategies for success.

My experience in teaching Algebra II has been incredibly rewarding. It has honed my skills in breaking down intricate concepts into manageable parts, fostering a supportive learning environment, and adapting my approach to meet the diverse needs of students. These skills are directly transferable to occupational therapy, where understanding individual needs and creating personalized interventions are crucial.
