I am a graduate of St Joseph's Teachers' College in Kingston, Jamaica West Indies. I received my Bachelor of Education in Primary Education with a focus in primary/elementary Mathematics. Since graduation, I have taught third grade and fifth grade students both online and face to face. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Mathematics and English. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for Standardized Tests, we always seem to have the most fun (with remarkable advancements) prepping for the Critical Reading and Writing portions of the exams. I am intrinsically motivated and passionate about educating students so that they will have a positive impact on the nation and the world. I am a motivator, who demonstrates sound work ethics, and I have good stress and time management ability. In addition, I have good lesson planning and communication skills. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and listening to motivating podcasts/music.
