As a passionate educator with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shepherd University, I have over four years of experience teaching and tutoring middle school and high school students in mathematics, particularly in math 7, algebra and statistics. My journey into education stemmed from my own struggles with math in middle school, inspiring me to help students view math as an approachable subject rather than an intimidating one.

I believe in creating a supportive learning environment where real-life applications, such as calculating tips and taxes, make math relevant and engaging. My approach emphasizes multiple problem-solving methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, fostering both confidence and competence in my students.

Outside of tutoring, I enjoy coaching soccer, which deepens my connection with young learners and reinforces my commitment to their growth.
