When I was younger, I thought the hardest subjects would always be hard for me until I met teachers who took their time to learn how I process information and then explained difficult subjects to me in a language I understand. That has always resonated with me. In a nutshell, I help my students figure out why they may not understand something and then translate subjects into concepts and words that are more applicable to them. I have taught several middle school students on how to improve their story telling through improved writings. I have helped high school students understand the relationship of the synthesis reaction in Chemistry with their favorite lip gloss. I have explained why understanding percentages and fractions are crucial for taking advantage of sales at their favorite stores. I am a tutor who focuses on my students' specific learning gap and then I tailor my approach specifically to each student. I look forward to helping young minds grow.
