I have completed my master degree (M.sc math) in 2007 and Bachelor of Education(B. Ed) in 2011.Last 12 years I am working as a math teacher/tutor for elementary, middle and secondary level. I still want to be a tutor/teacher because I've been drawn to teaching for many years, and I also feel that I have a natural ability to teach. I'm passionate to teach math to the students. My motto is "Create the interest in my subject (Math) and then slowly introduce the concepts and applications". My strategy of teaching is: I first identify the root cause of the difficulty. Then, I collaborate with the student to create a targeted plan, incorporating alternative teaching methods or resources. To keep students engaged, I incorporate interactive activities, real-world examples, and relate the subject matter to their interests. Regularly assessing their progress and celebrating achievements helps maintain motivation throughout our sessions.
Also, I provide constructive feedback by highlighting a student's strengths, addressing areas for improvement, and offering actionable steps to enhance their performance. Clear and specific feedback, coupled with encouragement, helps students understand their progress and motivates them to strive for continuous improvement.
