I was born and raised in Japan, lived there for 18 years and studied the language from elementary all through high school. I was very engaged in the community as I played soccer for a Japanese academy since I was 5 years old until I graduated high school. I would consider Japan home as all of my friends still live there along with my family. As a passionate advocate for the Japanese language and culture, I am thrilled at the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise as a Japanese tutor. Having immersed myself in the language for years, both through formal education and practical experience, I have developed a profound understanding and appreciation for its nuances and complexities.
