I'm an aloha shirt wearing, girl-dad and teacher living in Montgomery Texas. This year I teach Graphic Design Illustration, and Digital Art Animation at Oak Ridge High School. I have been teaching at Oak Ridge since the fall of 2011.

I am a fourth generation educator, and second generation CISD educator.

I am an Adobe Certified Professional for the following software: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, and Premier Pro.

I currently hold the following Texas Educator Certificates: Technology Applications Grades (8-12), Business Education Grades (6-12) and Technology Education Grades (6-12).

I earned my BBA in Accounting and completed my Post-Baccalaureate teacher education program at Sam Houston State University. Before becoming an educator, I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing, Motor Fuel Distribution, Export Packing and Custom DNA/RNA Oligo synthesis industries.

For me the greatest reward as a teacher is watching my student's growth. Not only their maturity but seeing their creative confidence and problem-solving skills blossom.
